POWER MOSSA GROUP: Is a one-hour strength training designed to strengthen your muscles and your movements.

ZUMBA: Is a form of aerobic fitness exercise based on Latin dance rhythms-US.

HATHA YOGA: A branch of yoga to work on your alignment, learn relaxation techniques while building strength and flexibility.

THERAPY CYCLE: Join-us in the spin room for a fun, non-impact cycling workout to increase your endurance on and off the bike.

HIIT: Involves short bursts of intense exercise alternated with periods of weak recovery.th intensity.

BALADI: Inspired by belly dancing and Arabic music, a cofun fitness concept for anyone who loves to dance

ESSENTRICS: A dynamic, full body workout that simultaneously combines stretching and strengthening while using all muscles

FIT CAMP: A type of group fitness training program designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of exercises.

BODY SCULPTURE: Safely build muscle strength and definition using hand weights, elasticks or weight body.

BODYSHRED: By combining compound lifting with high-intensity cardio, you'll burn calories, improve strength and conditioning.
